Who We Are
Neuklo is a garment manufacturing unit in Shiroor, Udupi district, on the coast of Karnataka. We make woven menswear for apparel brands.
We are a production partner, not a marketplace. The factory is run directly by its owner, so decisions on fabric, fit and timelines happen in one call rather than a week of forwarded emails. You talk to the person who runs the production floor.
Brands send us a tech pack or a reference garment, we sample it, and once the sample is approved we run bulk production with piece-by-piece checking before dispatch. We work on cut & sew (CMT) terms if you supply the fabric, or take the entire order on FOB, where we source fabric and trims and deliver finished, packed garments.

We take the entire order: sourcing fabric and trims to your spec, sampling, bulk production, quality checks and packing. You approve the sample and receive finished garments.

Send your tech pack
WhatsApp us your tech pack, a reference garment, or even a photo of what you want made. Tell us whether you are supplying fabric or want a full FOB quote, and we reply with feasibility, timelines and pricing.

Sampling
We stitch a counter sample and revise it with you until the fit, fabric and finish are exactly right. Nothing goes to the line before you sign off.

Cutting, stitching and finishing on our factory line, tracked batch by batch against your approved sample and delivery date.

Quality check
Every piece is checked for stitching defects, and each batch gets a measurement audit against the spec sheet before it is packed.

The floor runs single needle, overlock, button, buttonhole, feed-off-the-arm and edge cutter machines, with vacuum ironing for finishing: everything needed to build woven menswear from cut panels to packed cartons, all at one place.
Fabric and trim sourcing for FOB orders is handled by us, and cutting, stitching, finishing, checking and packing all happen in the same building, so there is no hand-off between vendors and no gap in accountability. The owner is on the floor every day.
